Meat!

We sat around the dinner table tonight - Deirdre with her sling (broke her arm falling over a suitcase in very early September chasing Hailey in the dark...doh), Riley half in and out of his chair, and Hailey in a white dress covered in various food substances. We were eating steak and cheese burritos and talking about how we can't imagine Hailey ever being a vegetarian. She loves meat so much.

On an impulse, I raised my hands high in the air and exclaimed, "Meat!" Hailey was quick to do the same. Then, Riley copied Hailey. Elliot was near the table with a big grin on his face while the rest of us all kept goofing off - arms flailing and yelling lots of "Meat!" "Meat!" "Meat!"

I love this crazy family.
